Dining by the sea in Paphos: choose your coastal setting

A table by Paphos harbour, a resort restaurant near the shore and a terrace overlooking the sea caves offer very different evenings. Before choosing a coastal restaurant, decide whether you want to be beside the water, close to a beach or simply somewhere with a sea view.

For a harbour meal

A waterfront address does not guarantee that every table faces the sea. Ask specifically about outdoor seating and the view when making your enquiry.

Kohili at Cap St Georges offers a Mediterranean seafood setting around the Agios Georgios coast in the Pegeia area. It is a separate trip from central Paphos, so check the route before choosing a time.

For sea-cave scenery

Oniro by the Sea is another coastal option in the Peyia area. Use its own location and current menu to plan your visit. Do not assume that a coastal terrace provides direct beach access or that every seat has the same outlook.

For a beach-club setting

Antasia is a further option to compare in Paphos, with an Asian and Mediterranean dining approach. Check which dining area and menu apply to your preferred time.

Make the view part of the request

Tell the restaurant whether you prefer shade, an outdoor table or a view of the water. Check the weather and ask what happens if outdoor service changes. For a sunset meal, look up sunset for your actual date and leave time to arrive.
