Restaurants Cyprus (“Restaurants Cyprus”, the “Platform”) is operated by CREATEAGENCY LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 483989 and VAT number CY60267355M (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing restaurantscyprus.com, submitting information, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Restaurants Cyprus is an online restaurant discovery, advertising, marketing, and visibility platform for restaurants and hospitality businesses in Cyprus.
Services may include:
Restaurant listings and profiles
Featured placements
Search and category visibility
SEO and content features
Promotional exposure
Social media promotion
Enquiry and lead-generation features
Additional services such as photography, videography, drone production, website development, SEO, advertising, and digital marketing may be provided separately by CREATEAGENCY LTD and may be subject to separate quotations or agreements.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Restaurants may purchase Standard, Featured, or other subscription packages made available through the Platform.
Unless otherwise stated:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Applicable VAT will be added where required.
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
Subscription features may vary depending on the package selected.
We may update pricing or package features from time to time. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where reasonably required.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting info@restaurantscyprus.com or through an available subscription-management facility.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Unless required by law, no partial refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
4. Restaurant Information & Content
Restaurants are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us is accurate, lawful, and reasonably up to date.
This may include business details, menus, prices, opening hours, photographs, videos, branding, descriptions, contact information, and links.
By submitting content, you grant CREATEAGENCY LTD and Restaurants Cyprus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform and your restaurant.
You confirm that you own the submitted materials or have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.
Restaurant-owned content remains the property of its respective owner.
5. Featured Listings & Visibility
Restaurants Cyprus determines how listings, categories, search results, recommendations, and featured placements appear on the Platform.
Paid or Featured packages may receive enhanced visibility.
We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of views, website visits, leads, bookings, customers, revenue, search-engine position, or other commercial result.
Platform layouts, categories, features, and listing positions may change from time to time.
6. Restaurant Information Disclaimer
Menus, prices, opening hours, availability, contact information, and other restaurant details may change without notice.
While we aim to provide accurate information, Restaurants Cyprus does not guarantee that all information displayed will always be complete or current.
Users should confirm important or time-sensitive information directly with the relevant restaurant.
Restaurants Cyprus does not own, operate, or control listed restaurants and is not responsible for their food, services, reservations, transactions, customer experiences, or business activities.
7. Additional Services
Services outside a Restaurants Cyprus subscription may be separately quoted and provided by CREATEAGENCY LTD.
Separate terms relating to pricing, payment, timelines, deliverables, usage rights, revisions, or other service conditions may apply.
Where separately agreed written terms conflict with these Terms, the service-specific terms will take precedence for that service.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, remove, or terminate a listing or subscription where reasonably necessary, including where:
Payments remain outstanding.
Information provided is materially false or misleading.
Content infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
Content violates applicable law.
The Platform is misused.
These Terms are materially breached.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to restaurant websites, booking services, Google Maps, social media platforms, payment providers, and other third-party services.
These services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
CREATEAGENCY LTD is not responsible for the availability, content, security, products, services, or conduct of third-party platforms.
10. Data Protection
CREATEAGENCY LTD processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Personal data may be processed where necessary to:
Provide and administer our services
Manage subscriptions and payments
Respond to enquiries
Maintain Platform security
Meet legal obligations
Improve Platform performance
Send marketing communications where legally permitted
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent.

11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Restaurants Cyprus website, branding, design, structure, text, graphics, logos, software, databases, and original content are owned by or licensed to CREATEAGENCY LTD.
You may not reproduce, scrape, copy, commercially exploit, redistribute, or republish proprietary Platform content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, SEO, advertising, promotional visibility, and lead-generation services depend on external platforms, algorithms, competition, customer behaviour, and other factors outside our control.
We therefore do not guarantee:
Search-engine rankings
Traffic
Leads or enquiries
Reservations
Revenue or sales
Social media reach
Customer acquisition
Return on investment
Any projections, estimates, statistics, or examples are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed results.
13. Availability of the Platform
We aim to maintain reliable access to Restaurants Cyprus but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, technical failures, cybersecurity events, third-party systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue Platform features where reasonably necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CREATEAGENCY LTD and Restaurants Cyprus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Platform or services.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, customers, data, goodwill, visibility, or anticipated business.
We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including search-engine algorithm changes, social-platform changes, internet outages, hosting failures, third-party systems, or changes in consumer behaviour.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability in connection with a subscription shall not exceed the total amount paid by the relevant customer during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, Platform, business operations, or legal obligations.
The latest version will always be published on Restaurants Cyprus together with the relevant last-updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or its services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
