Best Brunch Spots in Limassol: Four Different Experiences

Brunch in Limassol can mean a quick coffee and eggs, a long late-morning meal beside the sea or a carefully planned weekend occasion. The best brunch spot for you depends on the time you want to eat, the atmosphere you prefer and whether you need a reservation.

These four venues offer distinct settings, supported by their own published breakfast or brunch information. They are options to compare, not a ranking from personal tastings. Always check the relevant menu before you visit.

Limassol brunch: the quick comparison

  • Stoa Urban Kitchen: breakfast and creative brunch dishes in a historic arcade with a garden.
  • Columbia Pier: seafront breakfast above Enaerios Pier, with walk-in service.
  • JAM at Old Port Hotel: an Old Town café atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and an unhurried brunch.
  • LPM Limassol: a structured weekend brunch at Parklane in Pyrgos, best treated as a special occasion.

1. Stoa Urban Kitchen — a hidden garden in the city

On Irinis Street in central Limassol, Stoa Urban Kitchen occupies an old arcade that opens into a garden. Its published offer covers specialty coffee, breakfast, brunch and lunch, so it works well when the group wants something more substantial than pastries but does not want a formal hotel experience.

The restaurant's current menu provides the clearest way to compare breakfast dishes and later lunch options. Service times for some dishes differ; check these before arranging a late brunch.

Choose it for: a garden setting, coffee with friends or a relaxed meet-up in the centre. If you need a particular table, contact the venue before travelling rather than assuming a garden seat will be available.

2. Columbia Pier — breakfast by the water

Columbia Pier sits on the historic Enaerios Pier. The waterfront setting distinguishes it from the Old Town cafés, and the official menu separates breakfast from the main food service.

According to the venue's published information, breakfast is served from 08:00 to 12:00 and main food begins later. It also explicitly operates on a walk-in, no-reservations basis. That matters if you are meeting a group at peak weekend times: build in flexibility rather than trying to obtain a booking the venue does not offer.

Choose it for: a seafront morning, coffee after a walk or a casual breakfast with a view. Check the menu if your group may arrive close to the end of breakfast service.

3. JAM at Old Port Hotel — brunch around the historic centre

The JAM Restaurant Café at Old Port Hotel describes breakfasts, leisurely lunches and brunch as part of its daytime identity. The venue is located in Limassol's older quarter, close to the Old Port area.

Its daytime café concept makes it worth considering when you want to combine brunch with walking around the centre, the castle district or the marina. Because its identity changes from café to evening bar, make sure you check the menu for the hour you intend to arrive.

Choose it for: a city-centre meet-up with the option to explore the Old Town afterwards. Confirm kitchen timing and whether a table can be arranged for larger groups.

4. LPM Limassol — a destination weekend brunch

LPM Limassol, at Parklane in Pyrgos, publishes a dedicated weekend brunch rather than simply offering a regular breakfast menu. The official brunch information lists Saturday and Sunday service from 12:00 to 14:30, with differing food and drinks packages.

The offering is designed as a longer dining occasion, with pastries, starters, a choice of main and dessert options depending on the menu selected. Its position outside central Limassol and package-led concept mean it is worth comparing the full experience and budget in advance.

Choose it for: a birthday brunch or longer weekend gathering. Consult the official menu for current pricing and reservation terms rather than assuming details are fixed.

How to choose the right brunch spot

For a sea view

Columbia Pier is a logical starting point, especially for an early breakfast. Remember that its service is walk-in rather than reservable.

For a peaceful courtyard or garden

Stoa's arcade and garden atmosphere are worth comparing with a more conventional street-side café. Ask about outdoor seating in advance.

For an Old Town morning

JAM is geographically convenient for combining food with a walk around the historic centre. Plan parking and travel time accordingly.

For an occasion and a longer meal

LPM's weekend format differs markedly from a casual breakfast. Check the package and timing before inviting the group.

Brunch planning checklist

  • Confirm breakfast or brunch kitchen service, not only opening hours.
  • Ask whether the venue takes reservations or operates on a walk-in basis.
  • Check allergy information and suitable dishes for children or mixed diets.
  • For a larger group, clarify separate bills and any set-menu requirements.
  • Double-check the exact district: Parklane in Pyrgos is not Limassol Old Town.
