Welcome to Restaurants Cyprus (the “Platform”), operated by Create Digital Agency Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website https://restaurantscyprus.com and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Overview of Services

Restaurants Cyprus provides online marketing, advertising, and visibility services for restaurants and hospitality businesses in Cyprus. These services include but are not limited to restaurant listings and profiles, SEO optimisation, content features, social media promotion, and optional Add-On Services such as photography, videography, drone footage, web design, and advertising campaigns.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

1. Restaurants can choose between monthly subscription packages (Starter, Growth, and Add-Ons).

2. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis from the date of activation.

3. All prices are listed in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider.

5. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, and services will continue until the end of the paid period.

6. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.

3. Account & Content

1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your restaurant and keep it up to date.

2. You are responsible for any content, images, or materials submitted to the Platform.

3. By submitting materials, you grant Restaurants Cyprus a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, promote, and share your content on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

4. You confirm that all submitted content is owned by you or that you have the right to use it.

4. Add-On Services

Add-On Services such as professional photography, videography, or website development are quoted separately and billed either as one-time payments or recurring monthly retainers (if agreed in writing). Each Add-On Service may have its own specific terms of delivery, timelines, and approvals, which will be provided before commencement.

5. Cancellation & Termination

1. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at info@restaurantscyprus.com or through your account dashboard (where available).

2. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

   • Payment is not received within seven (7) days of the due date.

   • Submitted content violates our content policy or legal requirements.

   • There is misuse of our platform or services.

6. GDPR & Data Protection

Restaurants Cyprus fully complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus data protection laws.

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our services, such as contact information, payment details (processed via secure third-party gateways), and analytics data to improve platform performance. Personal data is processed on the legal basis of contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent for marketing communications.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; withdraw consent at any time; and request data portability or restriction of processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

7. Intellectual Property

All website design, branding, text, graphics, logos, and software are the property of Restaurants Cyprus or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Restaurants Cyprus is not liable for loss of profits, data, or business resulting from service interruptions or website downtime, or for external factors such as internet failure, search engine algorithm changes, or third-party system errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you within the past three (3) months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
